GUEST HANDLING AND TELEPHONE HANDLING
- Study carefully the materials on page 7 - 11 on ENGLISH LESSON BOOK ( for Guest Handling ) and the materials on page 21 - 25 ( for Telephone Handling ).
- Work in pairs, to practice speaking in front of the class. ( choose your own partner ).
- Type neatly your conversation, then send the e-mail.

The government here just announced to stop the teaching of math and science subjects in english and revert back to Bahasa Malaysia. What do you think?
